Script to Screen launches Te Ao Marama Creative Development Series

Te Ao Marama is Script to Screen’s programme for the development of emerging and established creative practitioners in the field of story development. With a focus on writing, this programme is also of interest to directors and producers. The programme starts with three August seminars in Auckland for screenwriters, directors and producers. The first is an August 20th half-day screenwriting seminar with US screenwriter and USC teacher Tom Abrams ($40, $25 concession). The second is a full-day seminar on August 26th titled “Conceiving and Crafting Cinema on a Modest Budget” with internationally acclaimed filmmaker Rolf de Heer (Bad Boy Bubby, Tracker, Dance Me to My Song, Ten Canoes) ($60, $40 concession). On August 27th, award winning documentary maker and website creator Molly Reynolds presents a full-day seminar titled “Multi-platform Storytelling” ($60, $40 concession).
